Originally the Grove Inn, it was also nicknamed the 'Jampots' (as it once served beer in jam pots, due to a wartime glass shortage). The original building has been much extended, and consists of a large lounge bar with a beer garden across the road. There are many interesting local photographs adorning the walls. Guest beers are local or regional.
